TEAMS TAKE ON MOUNTAIN CHALLENGE
Beneficiaries, staff and supporters of the Matt Hampson Foundation are competing in the CHX Chamonix Challenge in the French Alps this week.
The Foundation has four teams battling it out to gain the largest elevation and distance in this epic hiking challenge where everyone starts together and must return before a set finish time or face penalties.

The Matt Hampson Foundation inspires and supports young people seriously injured in sport. Through expert physiotherapy, specialist personal training, mentoring and wellbeing support, the Foundation helps individuals rebuild their lives and to ‘get busy living’ again.
In 2025, we mark 20 years since the injury which changed Matt’s life and its impact on others. To coincide with this anniversary, he has big plans to extend the Foundation’s Get Busy Living Centre near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire and develop its regional satellite hubs to help even more beneficiaries.
