TEAMS TAKE ON ADAPTIVE FITNESS COMPETITION
The Matt Hampson Foundation was well represented at Wodaptive 2.
Wodaptive is a series of adaptive functional fitness competitions providing inclusive events for all standards of participants while also helping to educate and inspire the adaptive community reach their potential.
The Foundation have been represented in both events in the series so far and had three podium places in the second event in Kidderminster last weekend.
“It is a competition, but it is also about having fun,” said team member Sophie Wilson from the Get Busy Living Centre. “The day also really reflects everything the Foundation is about – resilience, determination, teamwork and grit, as you can see from the photos!”
