PHYSIQUE SUPPORT FOR BENEFICIARIES
The Matt Hampson Foundation and sports healthcare specialists Physique Management have formed a new partnership in support of young people seriously injured through sport.
Physique becomes the Official Physiotherapy Product Supplier, and Tiger Tapes the Official Sports Tape and Strapping Supplier to the charitable foundation who provide support and treatment to its beneficiaries.
Kevin Peters, Managing Director at Physique said: “For the most part, the clubs and partners we work with are looking after the health and wellbeing of players and athletes so they’re fit and ready to play on gameday. So it’s great to be working with an organisation that aims to support sports people following a life-altering injury on the field of play.
“We couldn’t be more happy to be partnering with the Matt Hampson Foundation and playing a part in the great work they do when it comes to supporting young people in their goal to develop the tools and skills they need to move on following injury.”
George Thompson, Specialist Sports Therapist at the Foundation said: “We aim to inspire and support young people who have been seriously injured through sport and help them to rebuild their lives, and part of that journey involves expert physiotherapy and specialist personal training. This is why we’re happy to work in partnership with Physique as we’re confident in their ability to provide our rehab team with whatever is needed to progress our beneficiaries’ physical health and wellbeing.
“The Foundation’s Get Busy Living Centre offers many physical rehabilitation options to beneficiaries and, as Physique has such a wide range of products, it will make catering to this need much easier as we can get so many of the supplies we need from one place.”
