LOOK OUT FOR TEAM HAMBO ON TOUR
Did you see the Matt Hampson Foundation scrum caps at the British & Irish Lions Test in Brisbane?
After selection as an official charity partner of the British & Irish Lions, the Foundation has representation in Australia throughout the tour, building relationships with similar charities there and working to increase awareness of its work in support of young people following life-changing injury.
The Foundation was created by former Leicester Tigers and England Under-21 rugby player Matt Hampson following his own experience of life-changing injury and its patron is Rugby World Cup winner Mike Tindall.
The Foundation is distributing the scrum caps again in the Lions Den supporters’ area in Melbourne for the second Test on Saturday and at the series finale in Sydney on Saturday 2nd August.
Follow our ‘On Tour With the Lions’ blog on the Foundation website and view our tour photo gallery here.
The Foundation also has a fundraising online auction featuring rugby memorabilia, sporting souvenirs and artwork for the duration of the tour. Click here to see more.
