JOIN US FOR A DAY AND SUPPORT WALK4MATT 2024 FUNDRAISING
Walk4Matt takes on 100 miles in one week in June, but you don’t have to do the full distance to support the Matt Hampson Foundation. Join for a day along the way!
The week-long sponsored walk returns to its first home on the towpaths of the Grand Union Canal for the first time since 2013, this time travelling north from Twickenham to Braunston near Rugby, fundraising for the Foundation’s work in inspiring and supporting young people who have been seriously injured through sport.
Matt has ambitious plans to extend facilities at the Get Busy Living Centre and fundraising from major events will play a big part in this exciting new chapter in the Foundation’s story.
We know that not everyone can commit to a full week away from home or work to walk the full distance, but any sponsorship raised from giving us some of your time to join for a day or two along the way would be a big help in allowing the Foundation to help more young beneficiaries.
You don’t even have to complete a whole day. Any support you can offer, any sponsorship you can raise in covering any number of miles is important.

- Tuesday 11th June Berkhamsted to Stoke Hammond (18 miles)
- Wednesday 12th June Stoke Hammond to Cosgrove (16 miles)
- Thursday 13th June Cosgrove to Weedon (18 miles)
- Friday 14th June Weedon to Braunston, Rugby (9 miles)
