HISTORY-MAKER HARI ON HIS EXPERIENCE ON TOP OF THE WORLD
The Get Busy Living Centre was delighted to welcome Hari Budha Magar, the first double over-the-knee amputee to conquer Mount Everest.
Speaking to supporters from Barratt Homes, representatives of the Whizz Kidz charity, Foundation beneficiaries and staff, Hari revealed how he approaches the challenges he has faced since life-changing injury while serving in the British Army in Afghanistan. He also spoke about growing up in a rural community in Nepal and his aim to climb the highest peak on each of the continents as he continues to raise awareness of disability issues and inspire others by showing what is possible.
